Abstract

The contribution of the Hidayah Center Foundation (HCF) as a non- governmental organization is significant to help and support Muslim reverts. In addition to being a platform for welfare, protection and security, HCF also consistently focuses on empowering Muslim reverts to remain relevant and competitive. However, to ensure the survival and continuity of human development, HCF needs a sustainable curriculum in the education of the new reverts and sustainable financial stability. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the development of Muslim reverts through holistic education at HCF. It also identifies philanthropic initiatives through various instruments. This study uses a mixed method integrating qualitative and quantitative methods. Qualitative research uses interview methods and content analysis through library research and relevant documents. While the quantitative method uses online questionnaires and percentage descriptive analysis. The results of the study found that the development of Muslim reverts through mentoring classes for new brothers and philanthropy contributed significantly to producing competent reverts and displaying viable organisational management.

Abstrak
Sumbangan Hidayah Centre Foundation (HCF) sebagai badan bukan kerajaan sangat signifikan bagi membantu dan menyokong saudara baru. Selain menjadi wadah kebajikan, perlindungan dan keselamatan, HCF juga secara konsisten memberi tumpuan kepada mengupayakan saudara baru agar terus relevan dan berdaya saing. Namun, bagi memastikan kelangsungan dan kesinambungan pembangunan insan, HCF memerlukan kurikulum yang mapan dalam pendidikan saudara baru dan kestabilan kewangan yang mampan. Oleh itu, kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pembangunan insan saudara baru melalui pendidikan yang holistik di HCF. Ia juga mengenalpasti inisiatif filantropi melalui instrumen yang pelbagai. Kajian ini menggunapakai   mix   methode   mengintegrasikan   kaedah   kualitatif   dan kuantitatif. Kajian Kualitatif menggunapakai metode temubual dan analisa kandungan melalui penyelidikan perpustakaan serta dokumen yang relevan. Manakala kaedah kuantitatif menggunakan soalselidik secara atas talian dan analisa diskriptif peratusan. Hasil kajian mendapati bahawa pembangunan insan saudara baharu melalui kelas bimbingan saudara baru dan filantropi menyumbang secara signifikan bagi melahirkan saudara baru yang kompeten dan pengurusan yang berdaya maju.
